    Maximize learning by testing our most important and relevant beliefs first.

    Healthy failure is when honesty meets reality. Toxic failure is when cowardice meets self-deception.

    We only get better as fast as we unlearn obsolete thinking.
  8. HOPE
    Show me the end result, and I will believe your process. And vice versa.
  9. IDENTITY
    My most important contribution is not my skills, status, or stories, but seeing and accepting the present reality and future possibility of everyone and everything involved in our success.
